Syringe Crow

Syringe crows were manufactured by Cartrac Industries as spies, their sole purpose being to watch, to observe, and ultimately, to bring in subjects. They see heat in the same way snakes do, with deep heat pits in what used to be faces at one point in time. While their syringes are usually filled with a tranquilizer, they can be easily weaponized and equipped with potent nerve toxin instead, in which case their usage turns from 'find and take in' to 'search and destroy'.

Despite their savage appearance, syringe crows are markedly intelligent, and a rogue specimen taken in by Orion serves as their own ears and eyes into the dark things Cartrac does when no one else can see.
